Maintenance / Housekeeping (Couple)

Maintenance – Carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, mowing, weed eating, dispensing propane, cleaning sites, escorting guests, being nice and a team player, etc!
Housekeeping/Front desk – Strong Housekeeping skills, K2 knowledge a plus, exemplary customer service, cleaning and setting up cabins/lodges, cleaning bathhouses, organizational skills, laundry, being nice and a team player, etc!

Compensation/Benefits
Based on experience – Paid for every hour worked plus a full hook up 50 amp site, free electricity, wifi, propane and a 30% discount in store on most items.

We are looking for a work camper couple to join the team at the award winning Wilmington KOA in Wilmington, NC.
One full time maintenance position and one full time housekeeping/front desk position available. Couple must be personable and team players and have exemplary customer service attitude.
-Maintenance responsibilities will include mowing, weed eating, escorting, painting, carpentry, light electrical and plumbing, emptying trash and cleaning sites. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Position requires 40 hours per week.
-Housekeeping/front desk responsibilities will include cleaning, restocking cabins and bathhouses, preparing cabins for arrivals and laundry duties. Working at the front desk, answering phones, making reservations, keeping front desk area, store, lounge, laundry area clean and neat. Also assist with activities as needed. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Position requires 40 hours per week.
Both must be willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
