Maintenance
Suwannee River State Park is situated along the banks of the historic Suwannee River. Large limestone bluffs give views of mighty oaks dripping with Spanish moss as the rivers flows slows downstream. The campground here is full facility with sewer at each of our thirty sites. A new bath house and laundry facility for guests gives comfort after a long day hiking or paddling on the river.
Campground hosts here have the opportunity to get to know visitors as their site is located within the loop. We have two sites for hosts and are able to work a three on/three off schedule so everyone is able to enjoy a weekend. Responsibilities include sanitizing the bath house, cleaning the campsites and fire rings after check out, and enjoying the beautiful scenery.
