Housekeeping/outdoor maintenance.
We are an RV and cabin resort in Walden, CO at Lake John. It’s a beautiful location with lots of opportunities for fishing, hiking and off-roading. We are at 8200′ in elevation. We are primarily looking for housecleaning help for our 5 cabins, with the possibility of outdoor maintenance also. We have paid positions of 20-25 hours per week paid at $13/hour. You then pay for your FHU on a monthly basis at a rate of $650. We have WiFi available. We’d like for you to work through the end of September.
Job description details:
•Primarily maintaining and housekeeping the 4 cabins and 1 suite and includes the office, store and restrooms.
•Housekeeping of cabins includes a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate. Inspect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies, notify managers on any damages, deficits and disturbances. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
•Assisting customers with checking-in/out of the cabins and campground.
•Stocking shelves, taking inventory and preparing lists for goods needed, and keeping store clean.
•Cleaning and grooming the campground and campsites including raking, picking up litter, and cleaning fire pits as needed.
•Assisting with the preparation, sale and transportation of firewood.
•Participating in light duty maintenance projects as needed.
