Maintenance / Grounds Keeper

Pay: From $17.00 per hour after proabtion it moves into 18hr

40hr + during summer schedule

we have a full hook up spot desiganated for a wor camper. All hours worked are payed for along. utlitizes water sewer trash will be include.  rent would be 700 a month.  Deductide from your check.

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled Groundskeeper/Maintenance worker toperform upkeep tasks such as repairs, cleaning, and landscaping. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment, building systems, day to day upkeep and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, squatting.

Must own an RV and is willing to live on site.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
Clean RV sites, fire pits, picnic tables.
Perform routine groundskeeping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, watering, and seasonal clean-up.
Conduct general maintenance and minor repairs on buildings, equipment, and infrastructure (e.g., plumbing, lighting, doors, fencing).
Inspect property regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and outdoor common areas, including snow/ice removal and salting in winter months.
Operate and maintain tools, landscaping equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
Assist with trash and recycling removal, pest control measures, and other sanitation duties.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies and request replacements as needed.
Clean swimming pool and surrounding area.
Skills

Proven experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
