Job Description
Barnwell State Park is a community favorite among the residents of Blackville, South Carolina. One of 16 state parks built by the Civilian Conservation Corps during the Great Depression, Barnwell is best known for its great fishing spots. Three small lakes host a large population of crappie, bream, bass and catfish.
Barnwell State Park is currently looking for a camp host that would be available between June 1st – September 30th. We have a total of 25 sites, 8 of which are full hookup. The camp host covers the cleaning of those sites as well as 1 bathhouse, a shelter, and a fishing pier. An average of 24 hours per week is expected, with 2 set days off each week.
