Seeking High‑Stamina Management Teams
Are you a two‑person team that thrives on autonomy, physical challenge, and high‑stakes retail? Hayes Farms is expanding. Since 2009, we’ve defined the South Florida holiday season. We aren’t just looking for help — we are seeking Retail Lot Managers to own the operations of our premium locations between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale from mid‑November through late December.
THE REALITY OF THE ROLE: This is a marathon with intermittent sprints. It requires elite physical endurance and a rockstar‑level service mindset.
DATES: Mid‑November through late December.
LOCATION: Palm Beach and Broward Counties between Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale. You will stay on‑site in your own RV. Location will be determined during the interview process.
HOURS: Expect 12–14 hour days, 7 days a week, for the full 5‑week season.
PHYSICAL: Must be able to repeatedly lift 70‑pound trees and remain on your feet in the Florida sun and humidity.
LOGISTICS: Requires a two‑person team living on‑site in your own RV. Electric, water, and twice‑weekly pump‑outs are provided.
THE PERFORMANCE PACKAGE: We reward results. Compensation includes a weekly base salary plus multiple performance‑based bonuses. High‑performing teams have an earning potential of $10,000–$15,000+ for the season.
