JOB DESCRIPTION:
Jackson National Fish Hatchery is seeking friendly and enthusiastic 2-person RV volunteer teams to assist with visitor services, hatchery tours, and outreach activities from June through September 2026.
Join the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service volunteer team in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and help share the mission of native fish conservation with visitors from around the world.
Volunteer duties will primarily include:
· Leading visitor and school group tours
· Greeting visitors
· Assisting with educational and outreach activities
· Cleaning and maintaining public restrooms
· Cleaning the visitor center and break room areas
· Helping provide a positive visitor experience at the hatchery
This opportunity is ideal for couples or 2-person teams who enjoy working with the public, sharing educational information, and living in one of the most scenic areas in the country.
Volunteers are expected to work 32 hours per week per team.
Volunteers must provide their own RV or camper.

· RV sites (RV volunteers only)
· Full hookups (wastewater, potable water, and 30/50 amp hookups)
· Washer and dryer facility available at no cost
· Close proximity to town
· Close proximity to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park
Jackson Hole offers incredible scenery, abundant wildlife, and endless outdoor recreation opportunities. Volunteers will have the opportunity to interact with visitors from across the country and help support conservation education at one of the nation’s historic fish hatcheries.
A minimum commitment of 3 months is preferred.
