Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly person to run the front desk on Saturdays during the camping season.
Hours: Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Site credit/compensation for Saturday hours, or $17/hour for any additional hours worked beyond the Saturday shift
Location: Holley, NY
Additional shifts: May be available depending on need and availability
What you’ll do:
Handle bookings and process reservations
Direct guest requests and answer questions
Assist with store-related sales
Keep the front office running smoothly throughout the day
Act as the main point of contact for guests during your shift
What we’re looking for:
Friendly, confident, and comfortable working on your own
Organized and able to juggle multiple things at once
Basic computer skills
Reliable and shows up on time
Prior customer service experience preferred
You’ll be working independently most of the day, so being comfortable handling things on your own is important.
