Maintenance / Grounds Lead

Responsible for leading and working alongside the maintenance and grounds team members in daily upkeep of all maintenance and grounds duties assigned by the property general manager. Mowing, weed eating, grooming sites, and grooming landscaping. Maintenance will be expected to diagnose and repair most building, grounds, and equipment issues. Also plan, coordinate, execute, and complete all special projects while communicating with general manager.
