DESCRIPTION:
At mammoth Spring NFH our volunteers are offered a wide variety of tasks. We do ask for our volunteers to perform house keeping and maintenance tasks in our visitors center and aquarium. However, there are other tasks that range from using your creative side to feeding the fish we have on site. Volunteers are also offered the opportunity to help with school groups and other hatchery events. This time of year we are working hard on our pollinator program and will be working in our gardens. Volunteers that enjoy gardening are highly encouraged.
DUTIES
We have the unique opportunity at Mammoth Spring NFH to offer our volunteers a wide range of tasks. Which range from visitor services, gardening, education, fish culture, janitorial services, maintenance and repair and so much more. Here, you are offered the opportunity to dive in head first and try them all or pick a niche and perfect it.
QUALIFICATIONS
Be comfortable with the public. Cleaning, Animal Care, Gardening skills, Etc.
