The Park Services Team Members are dedicated to keeping Adventureland grounds clean and presentable.
We are currently looking for a:
Adventureland Park Services Team- Workamper
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Comply with assigned tasks
- Clean and disinfect public areas including:
- Public Services / Bathrooms
- Offices
- The employees’ dining room
- The pedestrian walkways
- Food stands
- Amusement Park rides
- The lockers
- Take out garbage
- Sweep the floor
- Mop / Scrub the floor
- Provides exceptional guest service by treating all guests with courtesy and a smile
- Accurately and promptly report maintenance problems
- Performs basic maintenance work, such as unclogging the toilet
- Properly handles, labels, supplies, and stores chemicals and cleaning supplies
- Protect guests’ belongings, deliver lost and found items immediately
- Complies with projects assigned by the supervisor
- Completes additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or General Manager
Requirements
Education: There are no minimum educational requirements.
Languages: English or Spanish
Skills:
- Demonstrate a team player attitude
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability
Experience: Previous experience is not required
Other:
- Constant repetitive movement
- Continuously be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to a weight of 50 lbs.
- Constantly standing and walking for long periods of time
- Frequently kneeling and twisting
- Frequent kneeling, bending, twisting motions
- Consistently use hands to grasp, control and move objects / tools
- Notice the details of objects that are within walking distance
- Tolerate being exposed to dust and cleaning chemicals
- Withstand heat and humidity
- Work frequently in all areas of the property
- Be subject to frequent interruptions and may need to reprioritize activities
- Constant communication with members of the cleaning team and other departments
- Being exposed to and handling cleaning chemicals and detergents
- Being exposed to bloodborne pathogens and bodily fluids such as vomit
Relationships
Internal: Other Park Services Team Members, supervisors, managers, and team members from all other departments
External: Park guests
