John H. Kerr Dam and Reservoir is seeking a volunteer(s) to work in Day Use Area. Volunteer(s) will assist with visitors using park boat ramps, day use areas, and campgrounds, and may sale Corp annual passes.
Detailed Description:
John H. Kerr Dam and Reservoir – US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking volunteers to work in gatehouse at North Bend Park DUA during the summer of 2024. Gatehouse position volunteer(s) will work 24 hours a week. The duration of this position lasts from April 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, and includes a full hookup site (electric, water, sewer) on Kerr Lake. Individuals/partners welcome to apply. Suitable for adults and those 55+.
