Job Description
Park Host/Gate Attendant needed for Comal Park in Canyon Lake, TX.
W.O.R.D. is looking for a long term Park Host that will live on site. W.O.R.D. shall provide full coverage of utilities (30amp/50amp electric, water, & septic), wifi, and rent in exchange for the following duties:
• Open and Close gates at times determined by W.O.R.D.
• Inspect Park on a daily basis.
• Assist with visitors.
• Perform minor maintenance repairs within the Park.
• Provide oversight of property.
• Create a positive and encouraging environment and experience for Park visitors.
• Other duties as required by W.O.R.D. within scope of Park Operations.
We will need the Park Hosts to work as paid Gate Attendants who are paid $15.00/hour for any gate house shifts worked with the schedule of 8am – 6pm, 4 days on and 4 days off and will do the following duties:
• Greet and collect user fees from all vehicles trying to enter the Park.
• Hand out Mesh trash bags.
• Answer any questions Park patrons may have regarding the Park to the best of their ability.
