JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Bureau of Land Management, (BLM) Upper Willamette Field Office seeks an experienced, enthusiastic host or host couple to join our team at Sharps Creek Recreation Site! Sharps Creek is a recreation site in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, situated along Sharps Creek – a tributary of the Row River. Volunteers are also required to perform maintenance duties, such as landscaping (weed-eating, mowing, leaf blowing) and cleaning (restrooms, litter collection, etc.) Based on these physical duties, volunteers must be able and willing to walk up to 5 miles per day and lift up to 25 pounds.
