Job Description
Unique Workcamping position available in New Braunfels, TX.
We are in need of an individual or a couple that can act as onsite management for Gruene Cottages, a boutique hotel with 17 rooms, near the Gruene Historic district and the iconic Gruene Hall.
Duties would include:
Answering office phone and booking rooms.
Booking reservations into ResNexus, our reservation software.
Texting or emailing guests regarding their bookings, upcoming stays, quotes and inquiries.
Helping guests with questions about the area and things to do.
Bringing guests fresh items requested during their stay.
Inputting codes and getting rooms ready for arrivals.
Be available onsite for guests or potential walk up reservations.
Other general property duties as needed.
Compensation:
Salary $400.00/week and FHU site.
