Non-paid 2 day a week asst camp host 8am to 8pm duties include making online reservations, checking customers in and out, and cleaning restrooms. Friendly customer service skills required.
We have an assistant camp host for the first 8 weeks of the season. We need another for the last 8 weeks of the season. We are located right on Rock Creek, a blue-ribbon trout stream in Western Montana. Gorgeous location. Check us out at Ekstromstagestation.com
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Upon start of 2-day shift, introduce yourself to all campers, and make sure campers are enjoying their stays. Address any concerns that are voiced and make sure folks know where you are/how to contact you.
* Respond to phone calls and Ring calls from check-in counter
Welcome guests as they arrive.
Make sure new guests have paid, know where their campsite is, and park properly
* Register new guests using Roverpass.com
* Provide thorough cleaning of the campground bathhouse each morning early
* Conduct spot check of the bathhouse every 4 hours throughout the day and when notified that the bathhouse needs attention. Clean as needed.
