📍 Dogwood RV Park – Waynesboro, GA
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our team at a busy RV park, where we manage and maintain around 26 camper units. This is a part-time, on-call position ideal for someone with experience working on RVs or camper trailers.
Responsibilities include:
– Electrical work: replace breakers, outlets, light fixtures, RV power cords
– Light plumbing: unclog sinks, patch shower cracks, fix leaks
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AC units
– General repairs and upkeep of RV units and park infrastructure
– Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
What we’re looking for:
– Prior experience with RV/camper maintenance is highly preferred
– Solid handyman skills: electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting
– Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
– Must be able to respond to maintenance calls on short notice
Details:
– Average of ~15 hours/week (can vary)
– On-call availability is required for emergencies
– On-site living preferred (site rent + utilities included)
