Job Description
Park Resident Maintenance Volunteers – Summer of 2021 on Lake Seminole
Maintenance
Three Rivers State Park in quiet Sneads, Florida is seeking park resident maintenance volunteers willing to contribute 20 hours per week, per person, for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 4 months in exchange for a campsite for the summer of 2021. All volunteer sites are equipped with 30 and 50 Amp electric, septic hook-up and potable water.
Come experience some of the best freshwater fishing in the state on Lake Seminole! Boating, wildlife viewing, and relaxation are some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay at Three Rivers State Park.
Maintenance volunteers shall assist park staff with ongoing projects, trail maintenance, mowing, weed eating, cleaning facilities, trash pickup, tractor and heavy equipment operation, vehicle and small engine maintenance, construction and repairs, plumbing and electrical, fencing and other maintenance-oriented tasks. Volunteer will also be required to assist park visitors when needed and assist the campground hosts when needed. All training and uniforms will be provided upon arrival.
