Team Member – Escalante Grand Resort

Escalante Grand Resort is located in a small, bustling desert town that comes alive during peak season. We’re looking for a hands-on Team Member to jump in and support daily resort operations during our busy months.
This role offers a true mix of independent work and team support. You’ll often be trusted to manage tasks on your own and take ownership of your work—but you’re never on an island. We’re a tight-knit, dependable team, and there’s always someone you can call, text, or rely on when you need backup.
Hours flex with reservations and seasonal demand, similar to a Work Camper position. If you do great work, there’s often an opportunity to grow your role or return for future seasons.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Cleaning and resetting guest rooms and shared spaces
✅ Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, wiping surfaces, vacuuming/sweeping
✅ Laundry (washing, drying, folding linens and towels)
✅ Maintaining common areas and guest-accessible spaces
✅ Assisting in the on-site coffee shop as needed (coffee, espresso drinks, and sodas)
✅ Basic outdoor tasks – pulling weeds, sweeping walkways, keeping sites tidy
✅ Assisting with minor maintenance tasks or guest needs
✅ Reporting supply or maintenance issues to the innkeeper
What We’re Looking For
✔ Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 15 lbs)
✔ Able to work independently and jump in where needed
✔ Flexible availability during peak travel seasons
