DESCRIPTION:
Two volunteer positions at Tuttle Creek Cove Park for campground host/custodian to join the team at Tuttle Creek Lake near Manhattan Kansas.
This position will involve 2 major duties: customer service and custodial service. As an important part of the lake’s recreation program the volunteer will welcome park visitors, register campers, and distribute informational materials. Custodial services will include mowing, litter patrol, and cleaning park facilities. Volunteers will be provided all required administrative supplies, mower, and other tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
DUTIES
Staffing gate house, mowing, cleaning facilities, guest check-in and out, general grounds work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic computer skills, valid driver’s license, ability to operate mower, weed eater and other miscellanies equipment.
