Camp Host, maintenance and support

Time commitment- May 20th to Sept 10th preferably

Host Duties to include: (approx. 25 hours a week)

1.       Inspecting, stocking and cleaning of restrooms periodically throughout the day on a routine basis

2.       Picking up and preparing RV sites between reservations

3.       Trash pick up and transport to proper dumpsters as needed

4.       Reporting of maintenance issues on the grounds

5.       Confirming of individual in RV sites have paid reservations

6.       Assisting RV guests as needed with information and resources

7.       Event support as needed*

8.       Monitor and reporting of security or safety concerns

9.       Other similar duties as needed

Additional paid duties and opportunities  –  (to be determined) * These duties would be negotiated and paid at the agreed upon rates based on services performed and qualifications

1.       Assisting in the cleaning of Airbnb units as needed*

2.       Assisting in grounds keeping duties*

3.       Assisting with light maintenance duties if capable and qualified*

4.       Store clerk duties as needed*

Compensation & Benefits:

·       RV parking with full water/sewer and electric service for the term of the contract

·       Negotiated duties and responsibilities – rates as determined

·       Golf cart available to perform duties and responsibilities if needed
