About the Role
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and community-oriented Camp Hosts to join our team for the 2026 season. As the “face” of the park, you’ll help us maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while enjoying the stunning views of the Crooked River Canyon. This position is perfect for those who love the RV lifestyle and the high desert of Central Oregon.
Compensation & Benefits
Full Hook-up Site: Includes free lot rent, water, sewer, and electricity.
Additional Income: Opportunities are available to work part-time or full-time in our Front Office/Registration desk for hourly pay.
Pet Friendly: We are a pet-loving park—your furry companions are welcome!
Work & Play: Access to local ranch amenities including golf, tennis, dining, swimming pool, as well as world-class hiking, fishing, and Smith Rock State Park.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Greet arriving guests, provide park information, and assist with site location.
Park Upkeep: Perform light maintenance and daily “rounds” to ensure sites are clean and facilities are tidy.
Policy Support: Communicate and help guests follow park rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone.
Presence: Maintain a professional and hospitable presence within the park.
Qualifications
Must live on-site in your own well-maintained RV.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform light physical tasks outdoors.
A passion for the RV community and the simple life.
