Volunteer Commitment
Minimum of 24 volunteer hours per week
In exchange, volunteers receive a resident volunteer campsite located in Red Rock Marina Campground
Primary Duties
Answering phone calls
Handling monetary transactions
Providing guest services and visitor information
Supporting daily park operations
Providing a friendly, professional presence at the marina
You’ll help create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps visitors coming back year after year.
Paid Work Option
Volunteers who wish to take on additional hours beyond the required 24 may be considered for paid shifts.
Typically includes gate or ranger station shifts
Pay range: $13.43–$15.00 per hour, depending on experience
Paid hours are not guaranteed but are often available during peak season
Requirements
Reliable, friendly, and comfortable working with the public
Able to use basic computer systems and handle cash transactions
Must be able to pass a background check
