Guest Experience Manager – Individual or Couple Welcome
Hot Springs Glamp Camp is a boutique desert retreat in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, offering guests a unique and peaceful hot spring soaking experience.
Our property features distinctive accommodations including a dome, yurt, vintage RVs, and campsites, all centered around private mineral hot spring soaking tubs and a tranquil desert setting where guests come to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager who genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in creating memorable stays for guests.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking care of people, notices the small details that make a stay special, and feels fulfilled when guests leave saying, “That was amazing.”

What You’ll Do
Guest Experience
• Manage guest communication (Lodgify, Airbnb, phone, text)
• Ensure smooth check-ins and positive guest experiences
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest questions or concerns
• Create thoughtful touches that make stays feel special
Property Operations
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and turnovers
• Ensure accommodations are guest-ready
• Monitor property conditions and supplies
• Help maintain the overall appearance and readiness of the property
Reservations & Booking Support
• Assist with managing reservations and availability
• Help maximize bookings through strong hospitality instincts
• Occasionally offer thoughtful solutions when guests need flexibility
Compensation & Living Arrangement
This role includes a combined compensation package valued at approximately $3,560–$3,770 per month, including housing.
Monthly Salary
$2,200 per month
On-Site Housing Provided
A designated RV site on the property is included with the role, featuring:
• Full hookups (power, water, sewer)
• Heating and air conditioning
• High-speed internet
• On-site laundry access
• Access to the hot spring soaking tubs
• Utilities included
Estimated housing value: $960–$1,170 per month
Living on-site allows the manager to be part of the daily rhythm of the property while enjoying the peaceful hot springs setting.
