Resort Team Member – Teton Peaks Resort
📍 Location: Tetonia, Idaho

Teton Peaks Resort isn’t your average campground. We’ve got glamping tents, an RV park, tiny homes, and a lodge—all sitting in wide-open Teton Valley.
We’re looking for a hands-on Resort Team Member to support daily operations during our busy season. This role blends independence with teamwork. You’ll often take ownership of tasks and run with them—but you’ll always have support when you need it. We keep things efficient, positive, and guest-focused.
Hours flex with reservations and seasonal demand. Show up strong, and there’s opportunity to grow or return in future seasons.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Greeting and checking in guests
✅ Cleaning and resetting glamping tents, lodge rooms, and common areas
✅ Laundry (washing, drying, folding linens and towels)
✅ Assisting in our on-site café, Tetonia Grinders (coffee + espresso drinks)
✅ Light groundskeeping — keeping the property clean, organized, and guest-ready
✅ Assisting with minor maintenance tasks and guest requests
✅ Supporting admin tasks, inventory, and daily operations
✅ Reporting supply or maintenance issues to management
What We’re Looking For
✔ Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 20 lbs)
✔ Able to work independently and pivot when needed
✔ Positive, guest-first attitude
✔ Flexible availability during peak travel season
