USA Camping Company is seeking a hospitality-focused RV Resort Manager couple to oversee operations at Ozarks Landing RV Resort at 398 Wood River Rd Lake Ozark, MO
This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional or a retired/semi-retired couple seeking a travel-based lifestyle opportunity.
Our managers are responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, and managing financial performance at an assigned property.
Ideal applicant will have hospitality, property management, or RV park management experience but we are willing to consider applicants with the right mix of leadership, operational, and customer service experience.
Basic knowledge/Skills required
Strong leadership and team development skills
Financial and operational oversight experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working together as a team
Basic maintenance and facilities knowledge
Willingness to learn resort operations (training provided)
Compensation package based on property size and responsibilities
RV site with utilities or Onsite housing provided at some locations
