Teton Peaks Resort is the crown jewel of JET Hospitality’s portfolio, the leader in outdoor recreation lodging. Sandwiched between Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Parks, this is truly an outdoor enthusiasts paradise.
This property features 23 hotel rooms, 3 tiny homes, 3 glamping tents motel, and 22 rv sites. In addition the property owns & operates Tetonia Grinders, our boutique coffee shop! If you enjoy living + working in a stunning outdoor setting then Teton Valley, ID may be for you!
We are looking for an energetic personality or two who will take pride in contributing to all parts of our hospitality operation. Compensation is negotiable based on experience but starts at $30,000/annually. RV site or Housing can be provided and would be a part of the overall comp package.

Duties:
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel and coffee shop
– Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
– Oversee all aspects of guest relations, including check-in, check-out, and resolving any guest issues or concerns
– Implement and maintain revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability
– Supervise and train staff in all areas of hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage services
– Collaborate with ownership to recruit, hire, and train new employees
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations
– Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel property
– Monitor and manage hotel inventory, including room availability and pricing
Experience:
– Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality management role is required
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
– Knowledge of revenue management strategies to optimize hotel revenue
– Multilingual abilities are a plus
