Job Title: Camphost Couple (Front Office Clerk & Groundsman/Maintenance Worker)
Location: Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park, Idaho Falls, ID
Employment Type: Seasonal (Dates: April 15th – October 15th)

Overview:
Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park is seeking a friendly and professional camphost couple to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidates will be a team-oriented duo who enjoy interacting with guests and ensuring the park is well-maintained and welcoming. One position will primarily handle front office duties, and the other will focus on groundskeeping and maintenance tasks. Both roles may also assist with cleaning park facilities.

Position 1: Front Office Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
·      Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
·      Process guest payments and answer inquiries at the front desk.
·      Handle store transactions, including selling merchandise and restocking items.
·      Provide information to guests about park amenities, local attractions, and activities.
·      Assist in cleaning common facilities (bathrooms, showers, etc.) as needed.
·      Respond to guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
·      Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
·      Basic computer skills to operate reservation and POS systems.
·      Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide detailed information about the park and area attractions.
·      Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining a tidy work environment.

Position 2: Grounds man/Maintenance Worker
Key Responsibilities:
·      Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas on a weekly schedule.
·      Tidy and organize common areas and RV spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
·      Assist with cleaning park facilities, including bathrooms and common areas, as needed.
·      Perform minor maintenance tasks such as fixing minor plumbing or electrical issues, as well as keeping park equipment in good condition.
·      Adjust, repair, and maintain sprinkler heads and irrigation systems as needed to ensure proper lawn and landscaping care.
·      Assist with setting up and maintaining amenities such as picnic tables, fire pits, etc.
·      Ensure that all park areas are free from litter or debris.
Qualifications:
·      Basic maintenance and landscaping skills (mowing, using hand tools, minor repairs).
·      Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
·      Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and functional park.
·      Willingness to assist with facility cleaning when required.
