Volunteer Camp Host

Volunteer Camp Host position at Thompson Falls State Park (https://fwp.mt.gov/stateparks/thompson-falls) with a monthly stipend of $100 and a free RV site for the 2025 season. Duties:

Volunteer duties include but are not limited to:

·         Daily interactions with campers and visitors to the campground that include regional recreational opportunities and campground regulations

·         Daily campground fee compliance

·         Daily campsite maintenance duties

·         Monitoring facilities and campground to ensure visitor safety

·         Report any incidents or hazards to the direct supervisor,

Location:

Thompson Falls State Park hosts a newly expanded non-motorized Thompson Falls Trail along the Clark For River, fishing pier, 18 campsites with a maximum trailer length of 30 feet.  The park is located just outside of the town of Thompson Falls.

Schedule:

The schedule is flexible and is determined by the park manager.
