RV Worker

Wallowa Lake Oregon  has a Volunteer position available with a private FULL RV hook up on 94 acres.  Would consider some pay, depending on the requirements and this negotiable.   The Wallowa River runs alongside the campground, which offers hosts a popular spot for fishing, hiking or cooling off during the heat of summer. Volunteers are needed to act as campground hosts. Checking visitors in, answering questions and ensuring visitors are following regulations would be a primary job duty. Other duties would include cleaning 3 cabins after guest stays, campground bathrooms, picking up litter, and maintaining sites between visitors, weed eating and normal volunteer help. The ideal candidate will live on-site throughout the summer, and full hook-ups are provided for an RV or trailer. Property has a locked gate so you will have privacy along with the guests that are staying. This group is a 501C3 Non profit organization that hosts families with special needs, they come with their own caregivers so very little interaction is required on your part, just know the lay of the land and helping with advice where needed if needed at all. A lot of returning guests.

Even though this sounds like a lot of time there is going to be quit alone time. It’s a beautiful spot, the area is very high tourist but your location would be very private and off to yourself.

“Also this says part time, but even though at time people will not be at the camp we want you to stay at the camp for the whole summer” It’s just you may have alot of free time during your stay.
