Job Overview:
Modern America Campgrounds in Lake George, NY, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Prior housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure bathrooms, laundry facilities, store areas, and other common spaces are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
Remove trash and ensure proper disposal in designated areas.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management promptly.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
Follow all established procedures and safety protocols to uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
Requirements:
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is an advantage.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
