Job Description
This job’s will cover the Property management of 3 property locations in Denali and Healy Area. A 7 unit AirBnB, A 3 unit Air BnB, and a 20 Unit man camp. A RV site can be provided free of charge including utilities (water and electric) There is no sewage hookup. However bathroom facilities are on site.
Duties will include:
-Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
-Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
-Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
-Acquire, distribute and store supplies.
