Job Description
This job is primarily going to be doing landscaping work around the resort. Mowing/edging/landscaping as a part time job for around 25 hours a week. There is another full-time manager on staff that will help with the work around the resort. There are 66 spots, pond, walking trail (being built), pool (being built), playground, pavilion with fireplace, office, lounge, laundry and private bathrooms. The resort is on a total of 20 acres. All of the roads are concrete and all sites are concrete, flat and have full hookups.
There will be times where the part-time manager will need to show campers to their sites or make reservations for campers. This job does include a free site, free utilities and pay.
The resort is conveniently located near I-20 and HWY 271 in Tyler. The resort is located 15 minutes from downtown Tyler, 15 minutes from Lindale, 15 minutes from Gladewater, 25 minutes from Longview and 2 minutes from Starbucks and Texas Best BBQ.
