Job Description
If you enjoy being outdoors and connecting with others, our RV Host role may be the perfect fit. Located in Huntington Lake, CA. Lakeshore Resort is looking for a couple to help maintain our RV Park and serve as the first point of contact for guests staying with us.
Our ideal candidates are upbeat, self-motivated, and enjoy working outside. Providing the highest quality of guest service is a must as well as working flexible hours.
Qualifications:
– Physical capability for light yard work and spending extended periods outdoors
– Proficient in communication and conflict resolution
– Capable of learning new software and using technology to perform camp host duties
– Availability to reside on-site during evening hours, serving as a watchful presence for the campground
– Ownership of an RV for on-site living arrangements
Responsibilities and Expectations:
-Uphold and enforce all campground regulations and policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests
-Assist guests in locating their designated sites upon arrival and address any inquiries
-Conduct inspections of vacated sites before new arrivals, addressing issues such as garbage disposal or fire pit maintenance in collaboration with other departments
-Undertake light grounds maintenance duties
-Regularly clean and restock campground bathrooms, ensuring a hygienic environment for guests
-Monitor campground activities after hours and enforce quiet hours when necessary
-Assist with selling firewood
Compensation:
– RV Site plus weekly compensation
– Discount on resort stays, merchandise, groceries and shift meals
