Part-Time Groundskeeper (Work Camper Position)
Location: Horseshoe Ridge RV Resort – Wimberley, TX
Hours: 3 days per week, 4-5 hours per day
Compensation: Full Hook-Up (FHU) RV site + Electric reimbursement

We take great pride in our meticulously groomed property, and we’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help us maintain our high standards and keep our resort looking its best.
Position Overview
As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in the overall guest experience by ensuring our grounds remain well-manicured, welcoming, and beautiful. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a well-maintained landscape.
Key Responsibilities
-Mowing, trimming, and edging throughout the resort to maintain a polished look
-Weed control and general landscaping to keep the property looking pristine
-Cleaning and maintaining outdoor common areas, including fire pits, picnic areas, and pathways
-Assisting with minor maintenance tasks related to the grounds as needed
-Keeping an eye out for potential landscaping improvements or hazards
Qualifications & Skills
-Experience with mowing, trimming, and general landscaping is preferred
-Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
-Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
-Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful property
-Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
