Job Summary: Park Manager South Forty RV Park seeks a motivated and experienced Park Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and register guests warmly. Assist with site selection. Communicate park rules and regulations clearly. Offer recommendations on local attractions and activities. Address guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally. Grounds
• Maintenance: Maintain the pristine condition of park grounds, including restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and common areas. Conduct regular inspections. Perform maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs and landscaping. Ensure the upkeep and proper functioning of all park amenities.
• Operations Management: Manage reservations and bookings efficiently. Monitor park occupancy levels and revenue streams. Implement and enforce park policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
