Job Description

Total of 14 hours per week in exchange for full hook-up, water, wifi, septic, and trash. Campworker responsible for electric at .13/kwh. Any additional hours will be compinsated at $15 per hour.

General Overview
Camp Workers at Pierced Oak RV Park play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for guests. They are responsible for assisting with daily park operations, guest services, and facility maintenance to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Example Duties & Responsibilities

Grounds & Facility Maintenance
Perform routine inspections of the park to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Clean and maintain common areas, including restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and recreational areas.
Assist with basic landscaping, such as mowing, weeding, watering plants, and removing debris.
Empty trash bins and maintain a tidy environment throughout the park.
Conduct minor repairs and report larger maintenance issues to management.

Camp Store & Office Assistance
Stock and organize inventory in the camp store, ensuring shelves are tidy and well-stocked.
Assist guests with purchases, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments.
Keep the office area clean and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Safety & Park Regulations
Monitor the park for compliance with rules and regulations, addressing any issues with guests in a professional manner.
Report any safety hazards, suspicious activities, or disturbances to management.

Event & Activity Support (if applicable)
Help set up and facilitate park events, such as community gatherings, games, or guided activities.
Promote events and encourage guest participation.

Guest Services & Hospitality
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Provide guests with information about park amenities, local attractions, and policies.
Answer questions, respond to guest concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor the campground for any guest issues and report concerns to management.

Other Duties as Assigned
Be flexible in assisting with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations of the park.
