Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking individuals to join our team. As a Colonial Meadows Team Member, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, helping maintain the grounds, and supporting activities for campers of all ages. You’ll work alongside an energetic team and interact with guests who are looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with a smile, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to checkout.
Help maintain campground cleanliness, including restroom facilities, campsites, and common areas.
Assist with organizing and running campground activities and events (e.g., crafts, outdoor games).
Ensure all equipment and facilities are in working order and safe for guest use.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and solving problems.
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to keep operations running smoothly.
Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks, from housekeeping to event coordination, depending on the needs of the day.
Maintain a safe and friendly environment for both guests and coworkers.
Qualifications:
A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for outdoor activities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to lift and carry up to (25/50) lbs.
Must be able to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Our campground has a full-service laundromat, arcade, men’s and womans bathhouse, Olympic size swimming pool, and campground wide high-speed Wi-Fi.
The job comes with a free seasonal site, and hourly wage.
