Job Description
Part-time maintenance position – Quiet country living in South Carolina at a 46-site RV park with convenient access to Lake Thurmond and the Savannah River. Pets welcome.
12 hours a week/minimum. Additional hours beyond the 12 hrs/week pay $12/hour. Responsibilities: bush hogging/mowing (operating a tractor/mower), gravel road maintenance, preparing sites and general grounds cleanup, minor handyperson repairs including plumbing, electrical, woodworking, general maintenance of laundry room, bathhouse, and office, and coordination with the Park Manager. BYO truck required. Base compensation: FHU RV site, WiFi, propane stipend, laundry.
