Now Hiring: Cook / Chef / Kitchen Manager
Seasonal Position – May to October
Location: Beautiful Black Hills, South Dakota (near Pactola Lake)
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Cook / Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team in one of the most scenic spots in the country. This isn’t just any kitchen — it’s a brand-new facility located right next to Pactola Lake in the Black Hills, surrounded by nature, great people, and great vibes.
We’re a lively campground destination that serves 50+ craft beers, hosts live music on the weekends, and attracts both locals and travelers looking for good food and good times.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Help with menu planning
- Handle food ordering and inventory
- Manage staff scheduling
- Cook and serve up quality food to happy customers
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience
- Leadership skills and a strong work ethic
- A passion for great food and good vibes
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
