We are a Campground with a variety of sites (23 total) in SOUTHWEST COLORADO near Mesa Verde Nat’l Park and Cortez.  We have two immediate openings for this camping season starting in May 2025 for Housekeeping with 1 evening a week of Camp Hosting.  The Season starts May 15 through Oct 15,

2025. Both positions are a combination of Hosting and Housekeeping/Cleaning.  Housekeeping/Cleaning includes laundry, vacuuming general cleaning of Tipis, Camping Cabins and the amenity structures (Showers, Bathrooms, Kitchen).

The Camp Hosting is 1 evening a week on-call and helping guests. Housekeeping is 5 days/week, 6 hours a day. Both hosting & housekeeping total approx 32-33 hrs/week.  One position offers a full hookup RV Pad “FHU” for more than half the season, the other 2 months is 30 amp electric only and uses the campground facilities, including an equipped camp Kitchen with a staff fridge, etc.  The other position can have a Van or RV with electric only, or one of our rustic camping cabins.  We prefer one couple and one single person however there is some flexibility.

You will have free laundry on-site, Wifi, use of amenities (showers, central campground kitchen, staff fridge/freezer, ice, filtered drinking water, Wifi, and good cell service.

Each position is with pay and some trade for the hours described above.

$390 week paid and includes accommodations.

·       Approx 33 hours/week. 5 days a week.  1 day a week includes the evening Hosting.  Days start at 8:30 AM with a break and end at 3:00 PM.

We are just 5 miles from the quaint city of Cortez, Colorado.  It has restaurants, Walmart, breweries, live music events, etc.. We are 2 hours to Moab, Utah and 1.5 hrs to Telluride or 45 min to Durango, Colorado. Mesa Verde Nat’l Park is 20 minutes, Phil’s World Mountain Biking is 12 minutes.

If you enjoy meeting new people, being part of a team, and 5 days/week of helping to keep the place clean.. this may be for you. We have 4 Tipis, 5 Camping-Cabins, Tent and RV Sites, etc. There are currently 20 sites total.
