The Historic Virginian Hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a Wyoming legend. Built in 1911, this iconic Western landmark has welcomed travelers, cowboys, and adventurers for over a century. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on manager/operator to lead our team, keep the spirit of the Old West alive, and ensure every guest experiences true Western hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Guest Engagement – Ensure visitors feel welcome, assist with check-ins, and provide local recommendations

✅ Hotel Operations – Assist in front desk operations including online and phone bookings using cloud-based platforms

✅ Housekeeping & Maintenance – Keep our resort grounds clean, comfortable, and well-maintained

✅ Restaurant – Serving, Bartending, Cooking + Support

✅ Having Fun! – Enjoy the incredible outdoor lifestyle while working with an amazing team

Who We’re Looking For:

– Hospitality experience is a huge plus – If you’ve managed or worked in hotels, restaurants, or guest services, that’s a big bonus

– Strong leadership skills – You can motivate and guide a team to success

– Passion & drive – You love working hard and making things happen

– A hands-on approach – This is a team-oriented role, not a behind-the-desk job

– Blue-collar grit with white-collar professionalism – This role blends boots-on-the-ground hustle with the hospitality finesse needed to keep a historic property thriving.
