Texoma RV Ranch
Site Host (Contract, Non-Employee)
Texoma RV Ranch is a premier park with 45 RV sites with full hookup and 4 Cottages located minutes from the Cedar Mills Marina on Lake Texoma. The park is situated on approximately 18 treed acres with on-site fishing and nearby attractions including hiking, mountain biking, world-class striper fishing, the Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge as well as the multiple college and professional sports that Dallas/Fort-Worth has to offer. Nearby metro areas include Sherman (20 miles), Whitesboro (10 Miles), Frisco (45 miles) and even downtown Dallas or Fort Worth are within a 2 hour drive.
Texoma RV Ranch is looking for a Site Host that is all about Guest Services–the park is new (opened in 2023) and our mission is to attract long-term guest through a focus on hospitality and ongoing upgrades and expansion of the existing park.
Site Host Responsibilities include:
– Respond to Guest Reservation Requests by Text and Phone
– Reserve Guests in Firefly Reservations Software
– Manage monthly invoicing and collections
– Monitor Check-In and Check-Outs
– Clean Cottages (4) between guests (long term rentals)
– Open and Close the Park Office T-Friday 9-5 and Saturdays 9-12
Site Host Background & Requirements include:
– Outgoing, personable, humble and prioritizes serving guests
– Comfortable using a laptop, tablet and smartphone
– Organized and disciplined
– Able to be on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 25lbs
– Knowledge of Firefly Reservations a plus!
