RV Park Manager

We are a small family owned park and are seeking a new part time assistance manager.  Fixed wage with bonuses and increases based on occupancy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Rent collection, recordkeeping, and making deposits
• Showing sites to prospective guests
• Filling out and providing notices to guests for late rent or other rule violations
• Overseeing the check-in and check-out of guests – includes signing of agreements and rules, doing check-in and check-out inspections, and collecting payments and deposits.
• General maintenance of motel rooms and RV park property, including general handyman items, general site cleaning, cleaning of community room and laundry room, pool cleaning and maintenance, light landscaping
• Overseeing contractors for larger maintenance and repairs, including landscaping, cleanup, repairs, improvements and providing daily reports of activities
• Report utility meters and service interruptions, prepare utility billing
• Record keeping of all income and expenses involved in managing the property
• Attending guest in office as needed (based on occupancy)
• Promoting our services and networking with other local businesses on a regular basis
• Answer the phone during normal business hours 8:00AM and 10:00PM and return all calls regarding park business promptly
• Obeying all Federal Housing Laws and not discriminating based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin
• Enforcing rules and regulations, appearing in court on our behalf as necessary, handling guests questions and problems, inspecting the property on a daily basis, handling “after hours” emergencies and all duties involved in managing the property
