Job Description
Campground Workamper (housekeeping, grounds maintenance, guest services)
Responsibilities
Guest Services
Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins, and handle reservations Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and provide local attraction information Stock, organize, and maintain cleanliness in the KOA Kampstore Follow cash-handling procedures and process cash and credit card payments accurately Experience with Kampsight (K2) preferred but not required
Grounds Maintenance
Maintain and beautify campground including grassy area, flower beds, shrubs and trees Empty trash, pick up litter, and keep grounds tidy Perform minor repairs on campground facilities and equipment as needed Inspect and maintain electrical, water, and sewer systems; report any issues promptly
Housekeeping
Clean and sanitize cabins, restrooms, and showers to KOA standards Launder linens and towels for guest use, maintaining cleanliness in common areas Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries, reporting stock needs to management Ensure trash removal from guest areas, cabins, and shared spaces
