Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work Campers will work an estimated 15-30 hours.
For seasonal work camping roles, the season will vary by property and specific date ranges will be discussed by the General Manager during the interview
Guest Services: The Guest Services associate ensures guest satisfaction by handling office duties and service requests
They are expected to work closely with the General Manager and staff
Key responsibilities may include managing reservations, ringing up POS sales in the camp store, assisting guests, handling customer complaints, answering calls, and communicating with the team
Additional duties include maintaining clean working areas, stocking supplies, inspecting facilities, and ensuring overall health and safety compliance. Book and manage reservations using our cloud-based POS and PMS system
Assist guests throughout their stay
Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and effectively use the computer, cash register, credit card and various other front desk equipment
Ability to provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, and services.
We are also a small C store so must be able to run high volume convenience store and pos cash register.
Benefits:
Hourly pay start is based on experience. After first 3 month probation period can possibly increase pay rate. Also included is full-hookup site including utilities, propane, laundry.
