Assistant Manager Team

Responsibilities
Assist Manager with the profitability of the park revenue and guest satisfaction. Compliance with the standards of the KOA Brand. Approve all purchases for store, maintenance, and office supplies. Coordinate events (this is an all employee hands on deck). Handle guest interactions, ensure full compliance of policies and procedures. The ability to provide effective leadership, ability to train and encourage employee growth. Be On Call in case of emergencies and after-hours phone responsibilities.

Compensation/Benefits
Salary, free full hook up site,(50/30), propane @ cost, store discount and free laundry. The FHU site includes water, power, sewer, garbage. Salary will be determined based on the knowledge of K2 and experience, computer knowledge, and maintenance experience. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you will join our team. Job Description
Assistant Manager Team is to assist with the responsibilities of the day to day operations of the RV park which would include training of employees, website management, payroll an budget. Overseeing scheduling, store operations, store purchasing, reservations, maintenance, housekeeping. Most importantly making sure our guest experience is GREAT by providing a positive attitude. Customer service and satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Our Assistant Managers work hand-in-hand with our workampers and lead by example. Flexibility and commitment to the KOA experience is a must. K2 experience is a must for at least one of the team members. A Texas Propane License is required for this position and we will assist the right person in getting their license.
