Teton Peaks Resort is hiring a full-time Innkeeper to lead operations at our mountain resort—and oversee daily management of our on-site coffee shop, Tetonia Grinders. Located just an hour from Jackson, WY, and close to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, this is a dream gig for anyone who loves outdoor living and guest hospitality.

We’re JET Hospitality, and we create places where adventure and comfort meet. At Teton Peaks Resort, you’ll manage a unique blend of hotel rooms, glamping options, RV sites—and help run a cozy café serving locals and travelers alike.

What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but your main duties will include:

✅ Guest Services – Check-ins, check-outs, and helping visitors feel right at home
✅ Housekeeping & Room Oversight – Keep rooms, tents, and tiny homes sparkling and guest-ready
✅ Groundskeeping – Maintain RV sites, landscaping, and common areas
✅ Maintenance Coordination – Handle small fixes or coordinate contractor support
✅ Reservation & Admin Management – Keep bookings organized and communications smooth
✅ Leadership – Be the go-to team member for operations and guest experience
✅ Coffee Shop Oversight – Help manage day-to-day operations of Tetonia Grinders, our on-site coffee shop (think scheduling, supplies, and guest service)

You’re a Great Fit If You:
✔ Have hospitality or service experience (preferred, but not required)
✔ Can self-direct and take ownership of your space
✔ Enjoy multitasking across physical and admin work
✔ Can lead a small team and are open to learning new skills
