Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a year round maintenance person who has knowledge of electric, plumbing, pool and odd jobs. This person must be organized and able to instruct other workers. We do have our own sewer plant so that would be a plus. We have other parks that we are responsible for and are looking for someone we can depend on if we are away and something goes wrong that person has the knowledge and capabilities to repair what is wrong. And as we all know things can go wrong in the middle of the night, so that person has to have the right attitude and jump right in. Our park has 331 sites. 129 of them are park models. It is not a 9-5 job. There are 2 days off a week.
