Management Team

The Resort Managers are responsible for the management of the property and the overall operations of the resort. The Resort Manager will oversee the operations of the resort to ensure a high-quality customer service experience for our guests. The ideal candidates will be experienced leaders who are passionate about providing excellent for their staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond in a timely manner to guest and prospective guest inquiries.
• Through marketing and activities, work to increase reservations and occupancy and further promote The Lakes at St. David RV Resort. Work with the owners to draft marketing plans.
• Ensure there is a high level of service consistent with The Lakes at St. David RV Resort philosophy.
• Ability to work long hours during peak season.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints.
• Coordinate workamper selection and training while ensuring all team members comply with appropriate policies and operational procedures.
• Work with the park owner to quickly and effectively address issues that could adversely affect the operation of the park or guest satisfaction.
• Enforce park’s rules and regulations.
• Monitor and reconcile petty cash and checking account expenses.
• Balance daily income and prepare bank deposits. Take deposits to the bank, as needed.
• Oversee capital expenditure improvements with the guidance of the park owner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in the RV park/resort/hospitality industry. 5 years minimum preferred.
• Ability to provide legible written reports
• Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
• Intermediate computer proficiency including the ability to use the reservation system, email and the internet.

COMPENSATION:

• In return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a salary of $40,000 – $60,000 based on experience.
